After you book your service one of our customer service representatives will call you to schedule your service.

Service delivery take between 1 to 7 business days.

DROP OFF

We do not provide drop off services in Canberra

BINS/BAGS PICK UP

BAGS: Call us when you finish filling the bags with your documents. We will schedule your documents pick up within the next 7 business days.

BINS

  • We pick up the bin 2 weeks or 4 weeks after delivery. Time depends on the service you hired.
  • Before Time: If you finish before time, just call us we will schedule your pick up bin.
